"Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you." ~ 1 Peter 1:7 This Sunday Pastor Ruth kicks our our new series, "I'm Fine" Actually, I'm not. You're not. No one is "just fine." We all have anxieties, struggles, temptations and more. If you think you're alone, you're not. If you believe asking for help is weakness, it's not. If you've been told that Christians don't need counseling, that you just need to pray about it more, that it's unfaithful to take medication... That's wrong. Throughout May we will be talking about the intersection of faith and mental health. The bible has much to say about the mental health and wellness.
