Hope in the Midst of Suffering: Abiding in Christ
Suffering is an unavoidable part of life, but it does not have the final word. In Romans 8: 18-28, Paul reminds us that our present sufferings cannot compare to the glory that awaits us. In John 15, Jesus shows us how to endure life’s trials- by abiding in Him. As we remain connected to Christ, we are sustained by His Spirit, strengthened for today, and anchored in hope for tomorrow.
Children are Welcome!
We want “going to church” to be a highlight of your kids’ week. We have created an environment, staffed with trained volunteers, where kids can have age-appropriate worship, lessons, and activities, all Bible-based, that teach them all about God’s love. We also desire to connect families to a faith community which can support and equip them beyond their capacity.
We have nursery, preschool, and elementary classes. Babies can go to the nursery upon arrival while preschoolers and elementary kids join us for a few songs and prayer in the worship center, and are dismissed to their classes during the greeting time. Our middle school and high school age kids enjoy the main service or can help in the children’s classes.
