In week three of our "God is Green" series we turn to Genesis 2 and the Creation or Cultural Mandate. Work and care, or keeping, was a part of God's original plan and design for creation and His image bearers. And while work can often be less-than-awesome, that not the way it's supposed to be. In this sermon George will connect the Creation Mandate and the Great Commission as we seek to engage all of creation with the mission of renewal.
This September Connections Church, along with millions of Christians around the world, will celebrate "The Season of Creation." Churches across the globe join together to praise God for Creation’s beauty, focus on the call of stewardship, and lament the brokenness and the groaning of all creation.
