Ways to Serve

Volunteering is a good way to learn about Connections and feel more like part of the community, all while serving Jesus.

God has equipped us all with specific skills and gifts. As we seek to help you connect with your calling, you can discover your gifts through exploring the volunteer opportunities available within the church. And using your God-given skills is a great way to serve the church!

Ever heard the saying “many hands make light work“? Well, Nehemiah 3 is a perfect example of that.

Imagine this: The city walls of Jerusalem were in bad shape, and Nehemiah decided to fix them. But he didn’t do it alone. He rallied a whole bunch of people to help out. Each person had a role to play. Some fixed up the walls near their homes, others helped their neighbors, and together, they got the job done.

Volunteering is a lot like that. When we come together and each do our part, amazing things can happen. Because when we work together, there’s nothing we can’t accomplish.

It’s time for Art Camp!!

Camp: Monday–Thursday, June 16–19, 9:00 am–noon | Ages 4–13
Help us create a masterpiece of a week! We’re looking for generous volunteers to donate snacks that will fuel our young artists.
Please bring all snack donations to the church by Sunday, June 8.

Love Gardening? Join the Farm to Table Team!

Help tend the garden beds during the week or volunteer on Sundays (mid-July–September) to share fresh, homegrown produce with our church community. Plus, be part of our Pumpkin Patch Team, where 12 garden boxes grow pumpkins for our annual October Pumpkinfest! Help plant, nurture, and maintain the patch throughout the summer.

We’re looking for volunteers to help in the Children’s Church and nursery on Sunday mornings! Whether you can serve once a month or even once every other month, your time and care make a big difference.
