Healthy Church Retreat
Join Us for a Transformative Healthy Church Retreat on Saturday, August 17, 8:30 am – noon!
We are excited to invite you to our upcoming Healthy Church Retreat on August 17th! This retreat promises to be a time of community building and envisioning the future of our church. Whether you’ve been with us for years or are new to our congregation, this retreat is an essential step in our journey together. And, we really need you to attend!
Why Should You Attend?
- Strengthen Our Vision This retreat offers a unique opportunity to help set a clearer understanding of God’s purpose for our church. We will be providing actual results from the survey that we will not publish elsewhere. Through insightful discussions, based on our survey results, we will seek to align our individual and collective missions with God’s vision for our community.
- Shape the Future of Our Church Your voice matters! This retreat is a chance for you to contribute to the shaping of our church’s future. We will discuss our mission and vision, where we go from here, and identify next steps for our ministries. Your input will help us create a vibrant and impactful church that meets the needs of our members and reaches out to our wider community.
- Enhance Our Outreach and Evangelism During the retreat, we will discuss new and effective ways to reach out to our neighbors and share the love of Christ. We will learn more about our surrounding community demographics and also discuss how to build relationships with our homeschool rentals and how we can connect with the 55+ community planned from the land sale. Learn how you can participate in our outreach efforts, within our walls and beyond, and help us spread the Good News in our community.
- Foster Growth and Unity This retreat is a time to gather insight from each one of you. Participation does not mean that one has to have the loudest voice — one thought that is placed on your heart from the Holy Spirit can make all the difference in guiding us to what God has in store for our church. We will have discussion times designed to strengthen our bonds as a church family and build unity among us. As we grow closer to God and each other, we will be better equipped to face challenges and celebrate victories together.

It is a time to come together, seek God’s guidance, and set a course for the future that glorifies Him and serves our community. Let’s embrace this opportunity with open hearts and minds, ready to be inspired and equipped for the journey ahead.
- We will have two more Reflections over the next two weeks to help prepare us for our retreat. Be sure to take the time to read those – thanks!
