Sunday Worship Service

This Week
Sunday morning Pastor Rob Byker continues teaching us about The Prayer Jesus Gave Us with a message from Matthew 6:11 and Matthew 6:14-15 titled “Forgive Us Our Sins As…”.
The prayer Jesus gave us not only speaks to our daily need for food but also our deep need for forgiveness. Some believers wonder why Jesus tells us to ask for forgiveness every day when the gospel teaches that we are already justified. The answer lies in relationship. Prayer is the honest conversation of forgiven children with their Father. Though we are saved, we still stumble, and confession keeps our hearts humble and open to grace. As we receive God’s forgiveness, He calls us to extend that same grace to others. Holding grudges hardens our hearts and puts us in spiritual danger. Jesus gives a solemn warning in verse 15, “If you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.” Join us this Sunday as we explore what it means to live as forgiven and forgiving people.
For the Kids
This week in Children’s Church (preschool–elementary), the children will enjoy a Bible lesson and a fun craft that helps them connect what they’ve learned in a hands-on way. Take a moment to ask your child what they discovered and created—it’s a great way to hear about their time and keep the conversation going at home.
Nursery care for babies and toddlers is available as well. You can check in at the front lobby before the service.
